SECTION II: MAIN DIRECTIVES
The SCP Foundation was built to ensure the welfare and safety of humankind and life as humanity knows it. To contain threats and unknown beings both sentient and non-sentient. To protect planet Earth from entities that pose a plausible threat.
SECTION II- CONSTITUENT I: SECURITY CLEARANCES
D-Class Personnel
Class D personnel are expendable personnel used to handle extremely hazardous anomalies and are not allowed to come into contact with Class A or Class B personnel. Class D personnel are typically drawn worldwide from the ranks of prison inmates convicted of violent crimes, especially those on death row.
Level-0 (For Official Use Only)
Level 0 security clearances are given to non-essential personnel with no need to access information regarding anomalous objects or entities in Foundation containment. Level 0 access is typically held by personnel in non-secured clerical, logistics, or janitorial positions at facilities with no access to operational data.
Level-1 (Confidential)
Level 1 security clearances are given to personnel working in proximity to but with no direct, indirect, or informational access to anomalous objects or entities in containment. Level 1 security clearances are typically granted to personnel working in clerical, logistics, or janitorial positions at facilities with containment capability or otherwise must handle sensitive information.
Level-2 (Restricted)
Level 2 security clearances are given to security and research personnel that require direct access to information regarding anomalous objects and entities in containment. Most research staff, field agents, and containment specialists hold a Level 2 security clearance.
Level-3 (Secret)
Level 3 security clearances are given to senior security and research personnel that require in-depth data regarding the source, recovery circumstances, and long-term planning for anomalous objects and entities in containment. Most senior research staff, project managers, security officers, response team members, and Mobile Task Force operatives hold a Level 3 security clearance.
Level-4 (Top Secret)
Level 4 security clearances are given to senior administration that requires access to site-wide and/or regional intelligence as well as long-term strategic data regarding Foundation operations and research projects. Level 4 security clearances are typically only held by Site Directors, Security Directors, or Mobile Task Force Commanders.
Level-5 (Thaumiel)
Level 5 security clearances are given to the highest-ranking administrative personnel within the Foundation and grant effectively unlimited access to all strategic and otherwise sensitive data. Level 5 security clearances are typically only granted to O5 Council members and selected staff.
Site Director
Site directors for major Foundation facilities are the highest-ranking personnel at that location and are responsible for the continued, safe operation of the site and all of its contained anomalies and projects. All major departmental directors report directly to the Site Director, who in turn reports to the O5 Council.
O5 Command
The O5 Council refers to the committee consisting of the highest-ranking directors of the Foundation. With complete access to all information regarding anomalies in containment, the O5 Council oversees all Foundation operations worldwide and directs its long-term strategic plans.
Office of the Administrator
The Office of the Administrator refers to the select few people in the foundation with direct access to any and all SCP records in the foundation and direct communication to the administrator himself.
SECTION II- CONSTITUENT II: PERSONNEL CLASSES
As security clearances, personnel are issued classes in accordance to their positioning within the Foundation. These are used, for instance, to determine whose security must be prioritized from a strategic perspective.
Class A - Granted to Overwatch Command members alone.
Class B - Granted to Foundation Personnel who are part of at least one department.
Class C - Granted to those who are not in a division, yet hold at least a Level 0 clearance.
Class D - Granted to regular test subjects who partake in site operations.
Class E - Granted to suspended personnel.
The importance of personnel are comprehended alphabetically; Class A personnel are more important than Class E personnel.
It is not possible to apply for a certain class; they are automatically granted by the Foundation’s security system based on the criteria above alone. By default, new members start out as Class D personnel and gradually climb the classes ladder until Class A as they join and progress through both divisions and security clearances.
SECTION II- CONSTITUENT III: GENERAL DIRECTIVES
Any attempt, successful or not, to bribe employees into obtaining perks or benefits of any sort through monetary (or otherwise any other type of) rewards must be reported to the Ethics Committee.
Radios within Foundation facilities may only be used competently, maturely and efficiently for their respective intended purposes.
No Foundation resources may be abused by employees.
As to enhance organization and efficiency and prevent over flooding, personnel may not request test subjects unless they are already in the Test Subject Transfer Area they are requesting said subjects to be delivered to.
When applying to a department, personnel must first send a join request to said department’s group and only afterwards submit their application.
All lower ranks are appreciated, thus, while ambition is a favorable trait, personnel who are overly ambitious and greedy will not be favored for promotions and such as much as hard-working and humble members.
While Level 4 (and, especially, the Site Director) may provide minor aid personnel with their applications, helping too much or giving away answers (and consequently, encouraging such behavior) is not permitted. Guiding someone to the location of answers (e.g. the SCP Wiki) is allowed.
SECTION II- CONSTITUENT IV: DRESS CODE
You must wear the correct uniform while on-duty at all times (you can either buy it from the ROBLOX Store or use the uniform giver placed in-game).
Morphs will be provided for all ranks in the Order in our games.
Your avatar’s skin tone must be a realistic color.
Packages, immature faces (including the man face, RTHRO faces), and troll/unrealistic accessories are banned.
If you are not sure if a certain accessory is allowed, you may contact a higher rank to clarify.
