User Data Collection
What information do we collect when you join/play any of our games?
We only collect data if the game’s description includes the following notice at the bottom:
"Privacy Notice: (A1 Logging Enabled)"
Upon joining, a user profile is automatically created. Class-1 data is securely stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) Relational Database Service (RDS), while Class-2 through Class-4 data is stored in a private GitHub repository. Additionally, certain data, such as join logs and admin logs, are sent to designated Discord channels. All data is accessible through a secure user login portal with strict access control protocols in place.
Section A: Class 1 Information (Personal Details) (Development Admin+)
If you are a staff member or employee and join our game, your personal information, including your name, email, and phone number, will be retrieved from our staff database and securely sent to the data repository outside of Discord that handles secure game logging. A shortcut link to this data will be sent to an admin-restricted channel.
In cases where we have additional intelligence, such as your real name and location, this information will also be logged in a separate secure database, outside of Discord.
